Are you a factory?

Yes, we are a manufacturer. Welcome to visit our factory.

How can I get a sample, and how long will it take?

Place a sample order with us, and we'll send you a PI upon payment. Sample delivery is 1-2 days.

What is the minimum order quantity for tool boxes/insulated boxes?

Sample order: 1 piece only;

Final order: 20 HQ containers. You can choose from a variety of our items in different shapes, designs, or sizes for mixed shipments.

Do you offer customized products?

Yes, we welcome customizations such as size, color, and logo.

Annual Production Capacity:

1,000 pieces per day if sufficient molds are available.

If I want my own design, what file format do you require?

We have our own designers, and you can provide formats such as JPG, AI, CDR, or PDF. We'll create a 3D drawing for the mold or print screen for your inspection. Design drawings are available in 3 days, and custom molds are available in 25 days.

How many colors are available?

Any color is welcome.

What are your payment terms?

Sample orders: 100% payment before shipment via T/T and PayPal.
Normal payment terms: 30% deposit and 70% balance by T/T before shipment.
